A safe operating environment

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at MR CHANS.

We just have a few important terms and conditions for you to read through before your visit.

By booking at MR CHAN’S, you confirm your acceptance of the following:

GENERAL

  • If you are running late we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 15 minutes. If your booking surpasses the 15 minute window. We will cancel your reservation, without notice.

  • A 2 hours max stay for your visit. This is so that we can accommodate to all of our customers.

PRICE

  • Prices are subject to change prior notice.

NO SHOWS, LATE CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking.  Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!

  • In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant

  • Please note that we operate a 15-minute holding policy on reservations. If you arrive after this time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation or considered a no-show and you may have be required to wait for the next available table.

ONLINE CONFIRMATION

  • We will send you an email confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly 01789 26 16 16.

  • If you require email confirmation of any alterations or updates to existing bookings, please ask as these are not sent automatically.

PAYMENTS

  • All food and drink prices quoted are inclusive of VAT

  • We accept all Card and Cash payments within our establishment.

PETS

  • We do not allow any types of pets within our restaurant.

  • If you arrive with pets, you will not be accepted into our establishment.

CHILDREN

  • Children of all ages are welcome at MR CHANS. Please do include them (including babies) in your final party size.

  • If you need a highchair or space for a pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking.

WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS

  • We are wheelchair accessible at MR CHANS.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

  • Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.

LOST PROPERTY

  • All property left on the premises is done so at the owner’s risk.

  • MR CHANS accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property left behind.
