Job Responsibility:

• Greet our guests upon arrival, assist with ordering and escort them to their tables

• Deliver food and beverage orders to the table in timely manner.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers are satisfied.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guest in a fast-paced environment.

• Run and maintain beverage station when required.

• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

• Collaborate with and assist the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served to guests specifications.

• Maintain the restaurant at high levels of hygiene and tidiness at all time including but not limited to floor, service stations, bathrooms, shopfront etc.
